JUDGMENT by Magistrate Judge Robert N. Block, In accordance with the Court's Memorandum Opinion and the agreed-upon form of collective bargaining agreement attached to the parties proposed judgment, it is hereby adjudged and decreed that: (a) th e award of the National Joint Adjustment Board dated September 10, 2009 is confirmed; and (b) Exhibit 1 hereto shall constitute the binding new collective bargaining agreement resulting from the Award and from respondent's valid exercise of its right to exclude from the new collective bargaining agreement provisions that constitute non-mandatory subjects of bargaining.
