The full transcripts of the depositions of William Adams, Stacy Ferguson, Jaime Gomez, Allan Pineda, David Guetta and Frederic Riesterer, which were filed in support of Plaintiff's Opposition to Defendants Motion for Summary Judgment (Exhibits B, C, D, G and H to the Declaration of Dean A. Dickie filed as ECF Docket No. 197), are withdrawn from the record; 2. On or before January 13, 2012, plaintiff shall file, under seal, those portions of the transcripts of the depositions of William Adams, Stacy Ferguson, Jaime Gomez, Allan Pineda, David Guetta and Frederic Riesterer that plaintiff wishes the Court to consider in connection with plaintiff's opposition to defendants' motion for summary judgment. The hearing on plaintiff's motion is therefore removed from the Court's January 23, 2012 calendar. (rla)

The Court, having considered the motion of plaintiff Bryan Pringle to

20 withdraw deposition transcripts filed in support of plaintiff’s opposition to
21 defendants’ motion for summary judgment and replace them with portions of the
22 cited deposition testimony to be filed under seal, and having considered the briefs
23 and evidence submitted by plaintiff and defendants in connection with the motion,
24 HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:

1. The full transcripts of the depositions of William Adams, Stacy

Ferguson, Jaime Gomez, Allan Pineda, David Guetta and Frederic

27

Riesterer, which were filed in support of Plaintiff’s Opposition to

28

Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment (Exhibits B, C, D, G and H

to the Declaration of Dean A. Dickie filed as ECF Docket No. 197), are

withdrawn from the record;
