(Order, Doc. 252.) Defendants William Adams, Jr., Stacy Ferguson, Allan Pineda, Jaime Gomez, UMG Recordings, Inc., Interscope Records, EMI April Music, Inc., Headphone Junkie Publishing, LLC, Will.I.Am. Music, LLC, Jeepney Music, Inc., Tab Magnetic Publishing, Cherry River Music Co., Square Rivoli Publishing, and Rister Editions did not file motions for summary judgment. Nonetheless, Moving Defendants submitted a proposed order in connection with their Motion for Summary Judgment seeking entry of judgment and dismissal of the entire action. (Doc. 159-1.) Accordingly, the parties are ORDERED to file a joint report no later than April 10, 2012, as to the status of the case, specifically as to the remaining defendants.
