On January 10, 2011, Defendants Shapiro, Bernstein & Co., Rister Editions, and David Guetta filed an ex parte application requesting to continue the hearing on the Rule 12 Motions currently scheduled for hearing on January 24, 2011. (Doc. 82). Plaintiff filed an opposition the next day. (Doc. 87). Defendants have failed to show good cause that would require ex parte relief. See generally Mission Power Engg Co. v. Contl Cas. Co., 883 F. Supp. 488 (C.D. Cal. 1995). The Court therefore DENIES Defendants ex parte application. (db)
