Defendant is ordered to pay Plaintiff twenty-four months of long-term disability 2 benefit payments, reflecting the period from February 18, 2009, until February 18, 3 2011; 4 5 2. Defendant is ordered to pay interest on the amount above at the U.S. Treasury rate pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1961; 6 3. Attorneys’ fees will be decided by the Court on a post-judgment motion; and 7 4.
