On August 5, 2014, Steven Jay Katzman and Anthony R. Bisconti, former attorneys for Defendants WDE and Bollington, filed a Notice of Ruling “provid[ing] the Court with the name of an officer and the address of each Defendant.” Notice of Ruling at 2 (Dkt. 186). Since that time, the Court has received numerous items of returned mail sent to YawMing Chung at the address filed with the Court. The Court has also received numerous items of returned mail sent to Defendant HungWen (Eric) Chen.
