On May 30, 2014, the Court entered an Order granting the Motion to

21 Dismiss Complaint, filed by defendant WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., successor
22 by merger with Wells Fargo Bank Southwest, N.A., f/k/a Wachovia Mortgage,
23 FSB, f/k/a World Savings Bank, FSB (“Wells Fargo”) (erroneously sued as “Wells
24 Fargo Bank, N.A. dba Wells Fargo Home Mortgage”), dismissing the Complaint
25 with prejudice.
26 Accordingly:
