GUILFORD COURTROOM 10D Plaintiff, 13 14 v. 15 HAROLD LA FLAMME, JEREMIAH MORGAN, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, ORANGE SUPERIOR COURT, COUNTY OF ORANGE, FRANCISCO FIRMAT (in his individual capacity), DUKE JEFFERY BUSSEY, ANN MORGAN, DOES 1-10, 16 17 18 JUDGMENT Defendants. 19 20 21 On June 5, 2015, this Court granted the motions to dismiss filed by Defendants 22 HAROLD LA FLAMME, JEREMIAH MORGAN, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, 23 ORANGE SUPERIOR COURT, COUNTY OF ORANGE, FRANCISCO FIRMAT 24 (in his individual capacity), DUKE JEFFERY BUSSEY, and ANN MORGAN 25 (sometimes collectively “Defendants”) and dismissed without leave to amend all of 26 the claims brought against them by Plaintiff KRISTIN HANSON, on her own behalf. 27 On July 21, 2015, this Court granted the motions to dismiss filed by Defendants 28 and dismissed all but the two state law claims brought by BRITTANY HOWARD, as 1112974.1 1 1 Next Friend for R.M. (“Plaintiff R.M.”), granting leave to amend as to some of the 2 claims and denying leave to amend as to others. Plaintiff was given until August 10, 3 2015 to file a second amended complaint. 4 On September 17, 2015, this Court found that Plaintiff R.M. had failed to file a 5 timely second amended complaint such that all claims for which leave to amend was 6 given were deemed dismissed. This Court also granted the motion to dismiss filed by 7 Defendants JEREMIAH and ANN MORGAN and dismissed Plaintiff R.M.’s claims 8 against them for false imprisonment and child abuse. 9 All claims having been adjudicated in favor of Defendants, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Plaintiffs 12 ATTORNEYS AT LAW COSTA MESA NOW, THEREFORE, 11 WOODRUFF, SPRADLIN & SMART 10 KRISTIN HANSON on behalf of herself, and BRITTANY HOWARD, as Next 13 Friend for R.M., shall take nothing by way of their first amended complaint against 14 Defendants HAROLD LA FLAMME, JEREMIAH MORGAN, STATE OF 15 CALIFORNIA, ORANGE SUPERIOR COURT, COUNTY OF ORANGE, 16 FRANCISCO FIRMAT (in his individual capacity), DUKE JEFFERY BUSSEY, and 17 ANN MORGAN.
