Plaintiff RAFEAL SALGADO (“Plaintiff”) shall recover nothing from 6 Defendants COUNTY OF ORANGE and SHERIFF HUTCHENS; 7 2. Defendants COUNTY OF ORANGE and SHERIFF HUTCHENS shall 8 have judgment in his favor against Plaintiff; and 9 3.
