It is therefore now ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that judgment
4 is entered in this action as follows:

Plaintiff RAFEAL SALGADO (“Plaintiff”) shall recover nothing from
6 Defendants COUNTY OF ORANGE and SHERIFF HUTCHENS;
7
2.
Defendants COUNTY OF ORANGE and SHERIFF HUTCHENS shall
8 have judgment in his favor against Plaintiff; and
9
3.
Defendants COUNTY OF ORANGE and SHERIFF HUTCHENS shall
10 recover from Plaintiff their costs of suit.
