Individual and Class Claims against Defendants, and for good cause shown, IT IS

HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

The individual claims of the collective Plaintiffs against Defendant

LOEC, Inc. are hereby dismissed in their entirety without prejudice pursuant to Fed.

R.Civ.P. 41(a)(1) and (2).

The individual claims of the collective Plaintiffs against Defendant

Lorillard Technologies, Inc. are hereby dismissed in their entirety without prejudice

pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 41(a)(1) and (2).

The individual claims of the collective Plaintiffs against Defendant ITG

Brands, LLC are hereby dismissed in their entirety without prejudice pursuant to
