Pursuant to the Court’s September 19, 2017 order, Plaintiff was required to file a brief in support of her Complaint by no later than November 3, 2017. As of today, Plaintiff has not filed a her brief. Accordingly, Plaintiff is ORDERED TO SHOW CAUSE, by December 7, 2017, why this action should not be dismissed with prejudice for failure to prosecute, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b). Plaintiff may discharge this Order by filing her brief on or before this deadline. Plaintiff is expressly advised that failure to timely file a brief in support of her answer in response to this Order will result in a recommendation that this action be dismissed with prejudice for failure to prosecute pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b).
