On April 19, 2016 the Court entered an Order granting the Motion to
2 Dismiss Complaint [Doc. No. 10], filed by defendant WELLS FARGO BANK,
3 N.A. successor by merger with Wells Fargo Bank Southwest, N.A., f/k/a Wachovia
4 Mortgage, FSB, f/k/a World Savings Bank, FSB (“Wells Fargo”), and dismissing
5 all claims for relief in the Complaint with prejudice. Accordingly:
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED:

The Complaint is dismissed with prejudice;

Judgment is entered in favor of Wells Fargo and against plaintiff;
