IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that each party will bear its own costs, and 13 that each party has waived all present and future claims for attorneys’ fees, 14 sanctions, or costs arising out of this action. 15 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Court shall retain jurisdiction over 16 this action for the sole purpose of enforcing, if necessary, the terms of the 17 Settlement Agreement and Release entered into between the parties. 18 19 IT IS SO ORDERED. 20 Date: March 13, 2018 21 22 23 24 The Honorable Josephine L.
