SEMPASA 22 On June 19, 2017, this Court granted Defendants SCHOOLSFIRST 23 FEDERAL CREDIT UNION’s and THE LAW OFFICES OF MICHELLE 24 GHIDOTTI’s Motion to Dismiss the Complaint of Plaintiff EVELYN K. 25 SEMPASA with prejudice. 26 Good cause appearing, therefore, 27 28 IT IS HEREBY ADJUDGED, ORDERED AND DECREED: /// -1[PROPOSED] JUDGMENT 1 1. Judgment is entered in favor of Defendants SCHOOLSFIRST 2 FEDERAL CREDIT UNION and THE LAW OFFICES OF MICHELLE 3 GHIDOTTI and against Plaintiff EVELYN K. SEMPASA, who shall recover 4 nothing against these Defendants under the Complaint or in this action; and 5 2. Costs are awarded to SCHOOLSFIRST FEDERAL CREDIT 6 UNION and THE LAW OFFICES OF MICHELLE GHIDOTTI as the prevailing 7 parties, pursuant to a bill of costs, which Plaintiff may tax by filing a Motion to 8 Tax Costs.
