Dismiss Entire Action with Prejudice submitted by Plaintiff Mehvish “Mona”

Shaikh and Defendant BMW of North America, LLC, that this matter may be

dismissed in its entirety with prejudice as to any and all claims and causes of

5

action which were or might have been alleged therein against BMW NA, without

6

further cost to the parties, and with each party responsible for its own costs,

7

expenses and attorneys’ fees.

Accordingly, this case is hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
