Having fully considered the joint stipulation of the parties to dismiss OHI
Resort Hotels, Inc., a California corporation and remand this case to Orange County
Superior Court, and upon good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:

OHI Resort Hotels, Inc. is hereby dismissed without prejudice.
2.
This matter, styled Margaret Ann Gentry v. Wyndham Vacation
Ownership, Inc., a Delaware Corporation; et al., Case No. 8:17-cv-01052-JLSKES, currently pending before this court, is hereby remanded to the Superior Court
of California, County of Orange County Case No. 30-2017-00909373-CU-PO-CJC.

Each side will bear its own attorney fees and costs related to the
removal and remand.
