No. 49), and 23 Plaintiff’s Objection to the Report and Recommendation of United States Magistrate 24 Judge. (Dkt. No. 50.) The Court has engaged in a de novo review of those portions of 1 the Report and Recommendation to which objections were made and overrules the 2 objections. The Court accepts the findings and recommendations of the Magistrate 3 Judge. 4 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: 5 1. The Report and Recommendation (Dkt. No. 49) is accepted; 6 2.
