No. 40) and Plaintiff’s Objection to Report and Recommendation 21 (Dkt. No. 41). The Court has engaged in a de novo review of those portions of the 22 Report and Recommendation to which objections were made and overrules the 23 objections. The Court accepts the findings and recommendations of the Magistrate 24 Judge.
