Boone 16 17 This matter is stayed pending state exhaustion. (Doc. No. 167.) On April 26, 2018, 18 Petitioner filed notice that the California Supreme Court has disposed of the exhaustion claims 19 by transferring the matter to the Superior Court of California, County of Tuolumne, for 20 adjudication of the juror misconduct claim, and denying the remaining claims on the merits and 21 on procedural grounds. (Doc. Nos. 199, 199-1.) 22 The parties are directed to meet and confer regarding the impact of claim disposition 23 upon the federal stay and scheduling, if any there be. The parties shall file a joint status 24 conference statement indicating the results of these discussions including areas of agreement and 25 disagreement, by not later than May 10, 2018. 26 The Court sets a status conference hearing for May 14, 2018 at 9:15 a.m. in Department 9 27 before the undersigned. The parties may appear by teleconference.
