Accordingly, it is HEREBY ORDERED that: 1. This case is cross-designated to the Honorable Craig M. Kellison for settlement purposes only; 2. On or before April 24, 2009, Defendants shall submit a confidential settlement conference statement by e-mail to law clerk Adam Burns at:2 ABurns@caed.uscourts.gov The Court is informed that within thirty five (35) days after the settlement conference, Judge Kellison shall file a report in this case indicating the outcome of the settlement proceedings.
