This matter was set for jury trial to begin on May 11, 2010. 17 However, on May 5, 2010, the parties entered into a stipulation for voluntary dismissal such that the 18 trial was vacated. 19 Plaintiff has returned the witness fee money order which was served with the subpoena to compel 20 appearance at trial. The Court recognizes that Plaintiff will probably not be able to negotiate the 21 money order in prison, and might desire it to be returned via the family member and/ or acquaintance 22 who originally assisted him in securing the money order. 23 On May 10, 2010, an order issued directing Plaintiff to advise where he would like the Court 24 to send the money order. To date, Plaintiff has not responded. 25 Accordingly, within ten (10) days of the date of service of this order, Plaintiff is HEREBY 26 ORDERED to advise the Court, under penalty of perjury, where he would like the Court to send the 27 money order. If Plaintiff does not respond within ten (10) days of the date of service of this order, 28 1 One of the unincarcerated witnesses (J. Rangel) whom was subpoenaed by v. R.
