Plaintiff has submitted the required money orders made payable to the witness G. Tracy being commanded to appear at trial. The Court will use the address provided by Plaintiff. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 1. Within TEN days from the date of this order, the United States Marshal is directed to serve the subpoena and money order on G. Tracy in accordance with the provisions of Rule 45 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. 3. 4. The U.S. Marshal is directed to retain the subpoena in their file for future use. The United States Marshal shall personally serve process and a copy of this order upon G. Tracy pursuant to Rule 45 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and 28 U.S.C. § 566(c) and shall command all necessary assistance from the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) to execute this order. The United States Marshal shall maintain the confidentiality of all information provided by the CDC pursuant to this order. 5.
