ADAMS, et al., 14 ORDER FOR CLERK TO CLOSE CASE Defendants. 15 / 16 Quetzal Contreraz (“plaintiff”) is a state prisoner proceeding pro se in this civil rights action 17 pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. On January 17, 2013, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(g), the court revoked 18 plaintiff’s in forma pauperis status and ordered plaintiff to pay the $59.97 balance due for the filing fee 19 for this action within fifteen days. (Doc. 91.) The fifteen day time period for plaintiff to pay the filing 20 fee has expired, and plaintiff has not complied with the court’s order or otherwise responded to the 21 order. 22 Accordingly, this is action is hereby dismissed, without prejudice, based on plaintiff’s failure to 23 obey the court’s order to pay the balance of the filing fee owed.
