Plaintiff Troas V. Barnett is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis in this

civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. On October 2, 2012, this action was reassigned to

18

the undersigned. Due to scheduling conflicts, the motions in limine hearing shall be moved to 10:00

19

a.m. on January 15, 2013, and the jury trial shall be continued to January 22, 2013. Accordingly, IT

20

IS HEREBY ORDERED that:

The jury trial set for January 15, 2013, at 8:30 a.m. in Courtroom 9 is vacated;
