On May 22, 2015, Plaintiffs filed a Motion for Leave to File Responses to the Sacramento

River Settlement Contractors’ and Delta-Mendota Canal Contractors’ Objections to Plaintiffs’

evidence submitted in opposition to motions to stay and to bifurcate proceedings, Doc. 975-2, and

4

to Plaintiffs’ request for judicial notice, Doc. 975-1. Plaintiffs have not had an opportunity to

5

respond to the objections, which were filed at the same time as the Sacramento River Settlement

6

Contractors’ and Delta-Mendota Canal Contractors’ reply briefs.

Good cause appearing, it is hereby ORDERED that Plaintiffs’ motion for leave to file

8

responses to the Sacramento River Settlement Contractors’ and Delta-Mendota Canal

9

Contractors’ objections is GRANTED, and the pleading attached to Plaintiffs’ motion as Exhibit
