DANIELSON, et al., Defendants. / CASE NO. 1:06-cv-00258-OWW-SKO PC ORDER RESPONSE DUE WITHIN 20 DAYS Plaintiff Raymond Hernandez ("Plaintiff") is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis in this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. On July 13, 2010, the Court issued an order to show cause why this case should not be dismissed for Plaintiff's failure to inform the Court of a change in his address. (Doc. #35.) The order to show cause did not specify the deadline for Plaintiff's response. Accordingly, it is HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff must show cause in accordance with the July 13, 2010 order within twenty (20) days of the date of service of this order. IT IS SO ORDERED.
