Plaintiff is a prisoner proceeding pro se with an action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983.

Plaintiff filed two motions for appointment of counsel pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(1).

(Docs. 66 and 68). The Court will grant the motions. Todd Jackson has been selected from
19
the court’s pro bono attorney panel to represent Plaintiff, and he has accepted the
20
appointment. Accordingly,

IT IS ORDERED:

1. Todd Jackson is appointed as counsel in the above entitled matter.
