Plaintiff Robert Hackworth (“Plaintiff”), a state prisoner, proceeded pro se and in forma
19
pauperis in this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiff pursued an excessive force
20
claim against Defendant Rangel. Following a trial, the jury returned a verdict in favor of Defendant
21
Rangel and judgment was entered. Plaintiff appealed.

On February 6, 2015, the Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit authorized production of the
23
reporter’s transcripts at government expense for the following dates: October 22, 23 and 24, 2013.

The Ninth Circuit directed that no further authorization from the district court was necessary and that
25
transcripts were due on March 16, 2015. (ECF No. 183.)

On February 25, 2015, Plaintiff filed a motion requesting transcripts pursuant to the Ninth
Circuit’s order. (ECF No. 184.)

On March 16, 2015, in compliance with the Ninth Circuit’s order, the court reporter filed the
transcripts. (ECF Nos. 186, 187, 188.)
Accordingly, Plaintiff’s motion requesting transcripts is HEREBY DISREGARDED.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
