On April 22, 2009, Petitioner filed a motion for extension of time to proceed on his appeal. The Court construes this as a motion for an extension of time to file a notice of appeal. Good cause having been presented to the Court and GOOD CAUSE APPEARING THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: Petitioner is granted thirty days from the date of service of this order in which to proceed with appeal.
