SULLIVAN, et al., Defendants. ____________________________/ On February 10, 2009, Defendants informed the Court that Plaintiff has been transferred to Kern Valley State Prison and, based upon this transfer, have requested that the Court vacate the injunction issued on December 23, 2008 compelling Defendant Gonzales to provide Plaintiff with access to a telephone one time per week so that he may confer with his court-appointed counsel in order to prepare for trial.
