Plaintiff was to file a written response no later than August 11, 2010. (Doc. 136.) On July 31, 2010, Plaintiff filed a Notice of Voluntary Dismissal, pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(i) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, dismissing her claims, as alleged in the third amended complaint, against the Estate of Nancy Spaeder, R.N.
