Clerk to send plaintiff: 1 Summons, 1 USM-285 Forms, and 1 copies of the Amended C omplaint filed on 8/18/2008. Case Management Deadline: 7/29/2009. That within 10 days of the date this Order is filed, counsel for Defendants shall file under seal the last known home address for Defendant McGuinness if he is no longer employed by DO C.
