Petitioner filed the instant petition for writ of habeas corpus ion November 27, 2006, and consented to Magistrate Jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(c)(1) on March 6, 2008. (Doc. 10). On June 16, 2009, the Court denied the petition with prejudice and declined to issue a certificate of appealability. (Doc. 24). Currently before the Court is Petitioner's request for a certificate of appealability ("request"). (Doc. 27). Petitioner's request does not raise any arguments that were not fully addressed in the order denying the petition with prejudice. Rather, the request simply asks the Court to issue a certificate of appealability with respect to each claim advanced by the petition. C a lifo r n ia Because reasonable jurists would not find the Court's determination that Petitioner is not entitled to federal habeas corpus relief debatable, wrong, or deserving of encouragement to proceed further, Petitioner's motion for a certificate of appealability is DENIED.
