On April 15, 2011, Petitioner filed the 17 instant motion to proceed in forma pauperis. See Doc. 68. 18 An examination of Petitioner’s application to proceed in forma pauperis reveals that 19 Petitioner is unable to afford the costs of an appeal. Accordingly, the Court finds Petitioner’s 20 application to proceed in forma pauper is appropriate. See 28 U.S.C. § 1915. 21 22 ORDER 23 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 24 1.
