HEDGPETH, (Doc. 53) 13 Defendant. 14 / 15 On August 2, 2011, the Magistrate Judge issued findings and recommendations 16 recommending that Defendant’s motion for summary judgment, filed on January 31, 2011, be 17 granted. On August 22, 2011, Plaintiff sought an extension of time to file objections, which was 18 granted. The objection deadline is now October 6, 2011, and Defendant is entitled to fourteen days 19 thereafter within which to respond to any objections. Local Rule 304(d). Accordingly, in light of 20 28 U.S.C. § 476(a)(1), the Civil Justice Reform Act, Defendant’s motion for summary judgment is 21 ORDERED CONTINUED from the Court’s calendar until the motion is ripe for review by the 22 undersigned.1 23 IT IS SO ORDERED. 24 25 Dated: August 29, 2011 emm0d6 /s/ Oliver W.
