This c a s e shall remain consolidated with the lead case, Allen v. Mayberg, et al., 1:06-cv0 1 8 0 1 -B L W -L M B , and nothing further shall be filed in the individual case; rather, e v e ryth in g regarding Plaintiff Henry Scott's action shall be filed in the lead case. T h e re f o re , the Court adopts the Report and Recommendation in full.
