Brush ("Plaintiff") is a prisoner proceeding pro se in a civil rights 18 action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. On October 4, 2010, Plaintiff filed a motion to extend 19 time to file an opposition to the defendants' motion for summary judgment.
