Plaintiff consented to Magistrate Judge jurisdiction on October 1, 2009. (Doc. 107.) 12 Defendant Angel Ramirez, the only Defendant remaining in this action, consented to Magistrate 13 Judge jurisdiction on September 2, 2009. (Doc. 101.) Therefore, pursuant to Appendix A(k)(4) 14 of the Local Rules of the Eastern District of California, this action shall be assigned to United 15 States Magistrate Judge Dennis L. Beck to conduct any and all proceedings in the case until such 16 time as reassignment to a District Judge is required.
