Braley (“Plaintiff”) is a state prisoner proceeding pro se in this civil rights 18 action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. On December 26, 2013, Plaintiff filed the instant motion 19 requesting a copy of the docket entries in this matter from September 28, 2007, through December 20, 20 2013. (ECF No. 117.) 21 Plaintiff does not explain the purpose or reason for his request. As such, his request shall be 22 denied. If Plaintiff requires a copy of a particular document, he is informed that the Clerk’s Office 23 does not provide free copies of documents to parties. Rather, Plaintiff may obtain copies from the 24 Clerk’s Office at a charge of $.50 per page. To assist Plaintiff, the Court will direct the Clerk’s Office 25 to send Plaintiff a copy of the docket in this action. Plaintiff then may file a motion requesting any 26 specific documents. 27 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows: 28 1. Plaintiff’s request for complete copies of the docket entries is DENIED; and 1 1 2.
