Thurston, United States Magistrate Judge; 4 WHEREAS, as described in the attached declaration, counsel for the California Table Grape 5 Commission are counsel in an administrative hearing set to begin on May 7, 2012, and to end on 6 May 18, 2012; 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 WHEREAS, on April 6, 2012, plaintiffs filed a Motion for Leave to File a Third Amended Complaint (Dkt. No. 156); WHEREAS, the hearing on plaintiffs’ motion is currently scheduled for April 26, 2012, which is 20 days after the date of filing of the motion; WHEREAS, Local Rule 230(b) provides that, without leave a court, a civil motion should be set for hearing no earlier than 28 days after the motion is filed and served; WHEREAS, the parties agree that the hearing date on plaintiffs’ motion for leave to amend 14 should be moved to a date at least 28 days from the date the motion was filed, and further agree that 15 it would be most efficient to hold the hearing on plaintiffs’ motion on the same date as the mid- 16 discovery status conference; 17 18 19 IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by the parties to this case, through their respective counsel, subject to the Court’s availability and approval, as follows: 1. The mid-discovery status conference, which is currently scheduled for May 18, 2012, 20 shall be rescheduled for May 21, 2012, or the first available date thereafter that is convenient for the 21 Court; and 22 2.
