KEVIN ELIJAH, et al., 15 Defendants. (Doc. 61.) / 16 17 On March 15, 2012, defendant Mario Garcia filed a motion for summary judgment. (Doc. 18 61.) Plaintiff was required to file an opposition or a statement of non-opposition to the motion 19 within twenty-one days, but has not done so. Local Rule 230(l). 20 Accordingly, within thirty (30) days from the date of service of this order, Plaintiff must file 21 an opposition or a statement of non-opposition to Defendant Garcia’s motion for summary judgment. 22 If Plaintiff fails to comply with this order, this action will be dismissed, with prejudice, for failure 23 to obey the Court’s order and failure to prosecute. 24 25 IT IS SO ORDERED. 26 Dated: 6i0kij 27 28 April 11, 2012 /s/ Gary S.
