HEDGEPATH, et al., 15 Defendants. / 16 17 Kelvin X. Singleton (“Plaintiff”) is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma 18 pauperis in this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. On March 25, 2011, Plaintiff 19 filed a motion to strike Plaintiff’s motion for extension of time filed on March 7, 2011. (Doc. 20 166.) Plaintiff’s motion for extension of time was granted on March 17, 2011. (Doc. 158.) 21 Therefore, the motion to strike is moot. 22 23 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff’s motion to strike Plaintiff’s motion for extension of time is DENIED as moot. 24 25 IT IS SO ORDERED. 26 Dated: 6i0kij 27 28 May 6, 2011 /s/ Gary S.
