(Doc. 20 #32). 21 An evidentiary hearing in this matter commenced on July 17, 2009 and ended that same day. 22 Accordingly, Petitioner John Buchanan #v-80107, is no longer needed by the court regarding these 23 proceedings, and the writ of habeas corpus ad testificandum as to this inmate is HEREBY 24 DISCHARGED. 25 IT IS SO ORDERED. 26 Dated: 27 28
