STIPULATION Plaintiff Perez and Korbel, acting through their respective counsel of record, hereby stipulate pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1), Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, that plaintiff Perez's claims against Defendant be dismissed with prejudice, each side bearing its own costs and attorneys' fees.
