1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 On August 17, 2009, Plaintiff Charles David Williams, Jr., ("Plaintiff") filed a motion 17 seeking the issuance of a subpoena duces tecum. Fed. R. Civ. P. 45. Plaintiff is seeking his 18 parole records from the Visalia Parole Office. Plaintiff is proceeding pro se and in forma 19 pauperis, and is entitled to service of the subpoena by the United States Marshal. 28 U.S.C. 20 § 1915(d).
