However, the findings and recommendations 23 were not served on the Defendant. 24 Accordingly, it IS ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court serve 25 Defendant with the findings and recommendations by mailing a copy 26 of the document to Defendant Louis Fredrickson at 4696 N.
