26).with an order requiring Plaintiff’s counsel to reimburse Plaintiff $4,500.00 in

Equal Access to Justice Act fees (“EAJA fees”).

After reviewing the request, the attorney request appears reasonable.

Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff’s Motion for a total of $9,000.00 in
26
attorney’s fees is GRANTED. Because this Court has already ordered attorney

fees in the amount of $4,500.00 (Doc. 25), IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that

Plaintiff’s counsel reimburse Plaintiff $4,500.00 in EAJA fees.
