ASTRUE, Commissioner of Social Security, Defendant Case No.: 08-1052 GSA ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR ATTORNEY’S FEES PURSUANT TO 42 U.S.C. § 406(b) (Doc. 26) 21 counsel $9,000.00 in attorney’s fees pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 406(b) (Doc. No. 22 26).with an order requiring Plaintiff’s counsel to reimburse Plaintiff $4,500.00 in 23 Equal Access to Justice Act fees (“EAJA fees”). 24 After reviewing the request, the attorney request appears reasonable. 25 Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff’s Motion for a total of $9,000.00 in 26 attorney’s fees is GRANTED.
