On July 8, 2016, the parties filed, pursuant 17 to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1), a stipulation for voluntary dismissal of the 18 action with prejudice, each party to bear their own costs, fees, or expenses. Pursuant to 19 Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(ii), this case has automatically terminated. 20 21 Accordingly, in accord with Rule 41(a)(1), the Clerk is directed to CLOSE this case pursuant to the parties’ stipulation for dismissal with prejudice. 22 23 24 IT IS SO ORDERED.
