IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between the parties through their respective
counsel that judgment be entered as follows:

As to the County of Fresno:

Judgment in favor of plaintiff, Alice Rosas Aguilar, against the County of

Fresno only, in the amount of Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000.00) plus

25

costs in the amount of Twelve Thousand Dollars ($12,000.00).

Dismissal as to all remaining claims, including claims of attorney’s fees and

27

costs, each party to bear their own costs including attorney’s fees based on a separate

28

settlement agreement for separate consideration.
