No later than November 30, 2009, Mr. Medina may file and serve papers 25 to address his failure to appear and to show cause why he should not be held in civil contempt for failure 26 to appear at the depositions. No later than December 7, 2009 at 12:00 pm, Defendants and other 27 parties may file and serve papers to respond to Mr. Medina's papers.
